1. On the storyboard/timeline, select the video clip, picture, or title to which you want to add the effect.
2. ClickToolsand then clickVideo Effects.
3. In the Contents pane, click the effect you want to add. You can click Play under the preview monitor to see a preview of how the effects will appear.
4. Drag the effect and drop it on a video clip on the storyboard.
Add something creative, be artsy, change the edges, or give it a sepia tone.
Removing an Effect
> To remove an effect:
1. Right-click on the effect that you want removed.
2. SelectDelete Effects. (Choose several more pictures and / or videos to add to your collection).
>To add an effect:
